Authorizing BALES CLOID to use your Zoom account

To set up Zoom from within BALES CLOUD, follow these steps:

  1. Visit "Home" and click settings menu icon on the side.
  1. Click ' 'Zoom Phone' menu. Then click "連携する" on the setting page.
  1. In Zoom, grant access to BALESCLOUD .

Uninstalling and deauthorizing BALES CLOUD from your Zoom account

In order to uninstall or deauthorize Zoom from within BALES CLOUD, follow these steps:

  1. Visit "Home" and click settings menu icon on the side.
  1. Click 'Zoom Phone' menu. Then click “連携を解除する" on the setting page.

Usage

Link Zoom and BALES CLOUD and select "ZoomPhone" for sales, sales reps can record voice file and show phone transcription created automatically.

When sales reps call some prospects for lead nurturing, BALES CLOUD save voice log automatically.
